As we all find ourselves trying to adapt to this challenging and unprecedented time, I want to personally inform you that the service of your laundry equipment is one thing you do not need to worry about. As being classified an essential services business, we are dedicated and prepared to properly provide uninterrupted service to our accounts.  

Hygiene is an important part of the battle against COVID-19, and American Laundry Equipment remains committed to serving you so you can provide your community with uninterrupted access to clean laundry.  Additionally, to preempt any possible disruptions in supply chains, we have pre-ordered a significant amount of machine parts to ensure uninterrupted service and maintenance of your equipment.

We are also taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of our team and our clients in accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including regular use of hand sanitizer and using disinfecting wipes on machinery. Our technicians are also able to access your equipment independently, so you do not need to be present in order to receive service.

Having been in business since 1945, we have weathered our fair share of storms, and are fully prepared to handle the current circumstances.
